Eagles Nest Winery specializes in producing wines with exceptional flavors, using top-quality grapes and detailed craftsmanship. Their selection includes an award-winning 24-month barrel-aged Sayre (Cabernet Sauvignon), a barrel-fermented Chardonnay, and a full-bodied Viognier named Lavinia, in honor of the owner. The winery also offers single varietals like Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, catering to a range of palates. Unique blends such as Talon and Soaring Eagle, named by members, and Mary Sue Rosé, named after owner Will’s mother, complete their selection.
